Tactical first response solution
NightFighter provides a class-leading non-kinetic neutralisation capability against a wide range of multi-rotor and fixed wing UAV systems, as well as land-and sea-based autonomous threat types.
Depending on operational requirements the target can be commanded by the NightFighter operator to hover in place, return to its original location or be controlled safely to ground for recovery and analysis.
Extensively tested in a wide variety of operating environments, NightFighter can engage and neutralise single and multiple threat incursions, including drone swarms. Our proprietary technology is highly effective against hardened and ‘un-jammable’ drones.
Operational safety is central to the design of NightFighter, making the system ideal for deployment in airports, urban centres and other complex RF environments.
Targeted and directional signal capabilities meet class-leading safety parameters, minimizing RF exposure to operators and impact to surrounding infrastructure.
NightFighter meets or exceeds stringent RF, RadHaz and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) performance and safety standards in collaboration with accredited UKAS facilities including the National Physical Laboratory. It is certified as compliant with EU radiation hazard legislation (EMF Directive). All systems meet or exceed relevant EU and UK defence standards, ensuring optimal safety for operators and minimised risk to surrounding RF environments.
Situationally aware
SteelRock’s C2 software solution gives a real-time overview of all deployed systems in the operational theatre, direction of orientation and approximate RF pattern, as well as target drone tracks from third party sensor feeds to a centralised mission commander.
RF effector module integrates with C2 and Detect/Identify/Track platforms to offer a total solution for airports, strategic locations and naval/air defence systems.
